1.2 Door-to-Door Shipping for Small Orders

For orders under ₹500 or weighing 1.5 kg or less, we offer door-to-door shipping across India. Here’s how it works:

Coverage: This service is available throughout India, providing you with a convenient and hassle-free delivery experience.

Cost: There is no additional charge for this shipping option. It’s included as part of our service to you.

Delivery Time: Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

1.3 Shipping for Larger Orders on “TO PAY” Basis

For orders that exceed ₹500 or weigh more than 1.5 kg, we utilize our trusted network of local courier partners. These shipments are handled on a “TO PAY” basis, which means:

Coverage: This service also covers all of India, ensuring your larger purchases are delivered no matter where you are located.

Cost: Unlike our smaller orders, the shipping charges for these larger packages are not prepaid. You will be required to pay the shipping fees directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

The “TO PAY” basis allows flexibility in shipping costs and ensures that the most efficient courier service is used for your location and package size.

Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on the courier service and your location but generally range from 3 to 10 business days after dispatch.\

1.4 Important Notes

Tracking Information: We will provide tracking details once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery as per their policies. If you miss a delivery attempt, please coordinate with the courier service to reschedule or arrange pickup.

Packaging: We take utmost care in packaging your orders to prevent any damage during transit. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any damages to our customer support immediately.

1.5 How to prepare for your delivery?

The Delivery Company has been contracted to perform the delivery service to one room of choice at the delivery address. If the delivery cannot be made to this room, the transporters will place your products in an alternate room at the same address. Please make sure there is adequate access and space to complete the delivery – prior to delivery ensure that there is adequate room to make the delivery considering the nature of the products.

1.6 Who needs to sign for my delivery?

Either you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive the merchandise at the agreed upon day and time window. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order. This agreement is with you and IGLELE.COM. Neither IGLELE.COM nor the 3rd party Delivery Company that has been contracted by IGLELE.COM to perform the delivery will be held responsible if you decide to hire a 3rd party contractor to accept, receive and sign the handover of items without the notations of visible defects of packaging, damaged items, or missing merchandise.

1.7 What am I responsible for upon delivery?

Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the Delivery Company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Note and contact us within 24 hours of your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.

1.8 What additional fees may apply?

There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

[For example, if you need a specified time window, you were not available for your scheduled delivery, delivery not made due to unsafe conditions, not indicating missing pieces on the delivery note, etc.]

1.9 Delivering to a Freight Forwarder?

In order to ensure that your delivery is processed as quickly as possible; please contact us. Please indicate to the advisor that your order will be delivered to a freight forwarder. Additional delivery information is required to ensure accurate processing of your order. Additional delivery charges may apply to these order types based time frame and location for delivery. This agreement is with you and IGLELE.COM. Neither IGLELE.COM nor the 3rd party Delivery Company that has been contracted by IGLELE.COM to perform the delivery will be held responsible if you decide to hire a 3rd party contractor or freight forwarder to accept, receive and sign the handover of items without the notations of visible defects of packaging, damaged items, or missing merchandise.

2.0  Can I make changes to the delivery address after I place my order?

We cannot make any changes to the delivery address once your online order is placed. Orders placed online or over the phone begin processing immediately in our system to ensure order fulfillment and shipping time. If the delivery address must be changed, your order will have to be cancelled and then replaced. We apologize for any inconvenience.

2.1 Disclaimer on Transit Damages

At IGLELE, we take great care in packaging and preparing your orders for shipping to ensure they arrive safely. However, once your package leaves our facility, its handling is under the control of the third-party courier service.

2.2 Responsibility for Transit Damages

IGLELE is not responsible for any damage that occurs to goods during transit. All responsibility for the condition of your package during transportation lies with the third-party courier service.

2.3 Third-Party Courier Terms and Conditions

When your order is shipped via our local courier partners, it is subject to their terms and conditions. Here’s what you need to know:

Handling: Once the package is with the courier, they assume full responsibility for its handling and delivery.

Claims for Damage: Any claims for damages incurred during shipping must be directed to the courier service. We recommend keeping all packaging and documentation as evidence for any claim you may need to file.

IGLELE’s Support: While we cannot be held liable for damages caused during transit, we will assist you in contacting the courier and navigating their claims process to the best of our ability.

2.4 What You Should Do ?

Inspect Upon Delivery: We strongly advise inspecting your package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, document it with photos and make a note of it when signing for the delivery.

Contact the Courier: If your goods are damaged, contact the courier service directly to report the issue and start their claims process.

Notify IGLELE: Inform us of the damage and the steps you’ve taken. While the courier is responsible for the damage, we want to ensure your experience with IGLELE is as smooth as possible, and we will assist you in coordinating with the courier.
