At IGLELE, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Use the controls to search, copy, print or download this policy.

1. General Shipping Information

Once your order has been successfully placed, IGLELE will process and arrange for shipping according to the guidelines below. We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, ensuring you receive your products in excellent condition.

1.2 Door-to-Door Shipping for Small Orders

For orders under ₹500 or weighing 1.5 kg or less, we offer door-to-door shipping across India.

  • Coverage: This service is available throughout India.
  • Cost: No additional charge — included with your order.
  • Delivery Time: Typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

1.3 Shipping for Larger Orders on “TO PAY” Basis

For orders that exceed ₹500 or weigh more than 1.5 kg, shipments are handled using our local courier partners on a TO PAY basis.

  • Coverage: All of India.
  • Cost: Shipping charges are paid directly to the courier at delivery.
  • Delivery Time: Generally 3 to 10 business days after dispatch.

1.4 Important Notes

Tracking Information: We provide tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Attempts: Courier partners will attempt delivery as per their policies. Coordinate with them for re-delivery or pickup if you miss an attempt.

Packaging: Inspect your package upon arrival and report damages immediately to customer support.

1.5 How to prepare for your delivery?

The Delivery Company will deliver to one room of your choice at the address provided. Ensure there is adequate access and space prior to delivery.

1.6 Who needs to sign for my delivery?

Either you or a representative 18+ must be present to receive merchandise. If no one is available, a re-delivery fee may apply. IGLELE is not responsible if you hire a 3rd party to accept the delivery without noting visible defects.

1.7 What am I responsible for upon delivery?

Sign the Delivery Order Note in the delivery person’s presence and inspect the goods. If items are missing, damaged, or incorrect, note this on the Delivery Note and contact us within 24 hours.

1.8 What additional fees may apply?

Additional fees may apply for special services, missed deliveries, specified delivery time windows, unsafe delivery conditions, or when additional handling is required.

Bulk Purchases & Heavy Items

For bulk orders or items weighing more than 15 kg, additional packaging, palletisation, and transportation measures may be required. Heavy or oversized products often require special handling, which may increase the total cost of shipping. As these requirements vary from order to order, shipping rates for such items cannot be predetermined and will vary based on the transporter’s actual billing.

Pipes, MS Metal & Long-Length Materials

Shipments containing pipes, MS (mild steel) materials, or other long and heavy metal items are subject to standard industry packing and loading charges. These are typically calculated on a per-ton basis as per prevailing market rates. Customers will be informed of estimated charges in advance when possible; however, the final payable amount will depend on the transporter’s actual assessment at the time of dispatch.

Responsibility for Shipping Charges

IGLELE does not fix, collect, or prepay shipping, packing, or loading charges for TO-PAY deliveries or special freight shipments unless specifically agreed in writing. All such charges are payable directly to the transporter, courier, or forwarding agency based on their actual invoice and weight/volume measurements.

Special Delivery Requests

If special delivery arrangements are required — such as fixed delivery time windows, lift-gate service, inside delivery, multi-floor delivery, white-glove handling, or express freight — additional charges will apply. These services must be requested in advance and will be billed as per the transporter’s or service provider’s actual rate.

Accuracy of Weight & Shipping Charges

Final shipping charges are determined by the transporter based on actual weight, volumetric size, handling needs, and loading requirements. Because final weight may vary due to packaging, density, moisture, and batch differences, exact shipping weight cannot be estimated with absolute accuracy beforehand. All charges are billed strictly as per actuals recorded by the transporter.

1.9 Delivering to a Freight Forwarder?

Contact us before shipping if you want delivery to a freight forwarder. Extra charges and information may apply.

2.0  Can I make changes to the delivery address after I place my order?

We cannot change the delivery address after the online order is placed. To change address, cancel and replace the order.

2.1 Disclaimer on Transit Damages

IGLELE takes care in packaging; however, once your package leaves our facility, handling is under the third-party courier service control.

2.2 Responsibility for Transit Damages

IGLELE is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. Claims should be directed to the courier. Retain packaging and documentation as evidence.

2.3 Third-Party Courier Terms and Conditions

When shipped via local courier partners, orders are subject to their terms. IGLELE will assist in contacting couriers for claims where possible.

2.4 What You Should Do ?

  1. Inspect upon delivery and photograph any visible damage.
  2. Contact the courier to start their claims process if goods are damaged.
  3. Notify IGLELE so we can assist in coordinating with the courier.
